It has a distinct sweet n sour taste. This pickle is very famous in Himalayan community. It Is a seasonal pickle, tastes best in Summer and winters but we have made it available all year around. This Punjabi gobi gajar achar goes very well with rotis or parathas. You can also serve it with dal-rice or roti-sabzi combo. This pack is available in 600gms and 1 kg.
