Manage social media channels, ensuring regular, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s mission and aesthetic. Optimize SEO strategies for website traffic, product descriptions, and blog content to enhance organic search rankings.Content Creation & Management: Create compelling and culturally rich content, including product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual content that showcases the beauty and uniqueness of our products. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, promotions, and sales events (like the Kullu Dushehra Festival), tracking performance and conversions. Utilize paid advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc., to boost product reach and sales.Community Building & Customer Engagement: Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and customer inquiries to build brand loyalty. Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. Foster partnerships with influencers or bloggers who align with Himachal Box's ethos.Product & E-Commerce Management: Optimize product listings on the website to highlight key features, benefits, and the cultural significance of items like Kullu shawls, Himachali crafts, and organic products. Monitor inventory and ensure accurate product information, availability, and pricing on all platforms.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.Collaboration with Artisans: Work closely with local Himachali artisans to ensure their stories, techniques, and craftsmanship are well represented in marketing efforts.
