हिमाचली माह की दाल की प्रमुख विशेषताएं:
  • सामग्री: काली उड़द दाल (रात भर भीगी हुई), हींग, जीरा, अदरक, हरी मिर्च, दालचीनी, लौंग, और सरसों का तेल।
